Microsoft Will not Win the Web
一早打開 NetNewsWire 讀新聞，看到 Molly 提供的消息，真是既驚且怒。事情是這樣的，M$ CEO Steve Ballmer 接受 Business Week 訪問的時候說：

“We won the desktop. We won the server. We will win the Web. We will move fast, we will get there. We will win the Web.”
“win the Web?” 就如同 Molly 講的，Web 是大家的，不是你可以贏走的獎品。偉哉 Tim Berners-Lee，創辦 W3C 果然是對的。
“won the desktop?” 目前的確是這樣。可是世界在變，麻州政府都打算要禁用 Office 了。
“won the server?” What server? 難道他說的是 IIS？ :P
更別說 M$前任 IE UI 設計師都跳船改用 Firefox 了 :D
這跟前陣子 M$想聘請 ESR 的事情一樣好笑。
我忽然想起西雅圖宣言。
